JOB DESCRIPTION
TheraTree, LLC is looking for an exemplary Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with the pediatric population in the outpatient, school, and home health settings. The BCBA completes functional behavior Assessments (FBAs), creates behavior intervention plans (BIPs), completes documentation/paperwork required by company and insurances, parent training, implements behavior programs to facilitate increased independence currently inhibited by behavior. Responsibilities may include supervision of BCaBA, RBT’s, and conduct staff trainings and workshops.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

3. Works with other members of the rehabilitation team to develop programs and activities consistent with the needs and capabilities of each client.

JOB DESCRIPTION
TheraTree, LLC. is looking for an exemplary Psychologist to work with the pediatric population in the outpatient, school, and home health settings. A psychologist will oversee the mental health services at TheraTree, LLC.’s clinic location, including supervision of counselors and social workers as needed. The psychologist may perform evaluations or assessments to determine diagnosis for the pediatric population.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete evaluations and assessments to the pediatric population.
Complete necessary documentation and report writing for all evaluations and assessments.
Provide recommendations for pediatric clients after evaluations and assessments are completed.
Provide mental health therapeutic services to clients.
Provide parent/guardian training as needed.
Supervise counselors and provided necessary documentation for supervision records.
Maintain weekly staffing meetings for mental health services.
